Mix 1-2 scoops in 200-500 ml cold water.

BCAA SENSATION CONTAINS THE FOLLOWING KEY INGREDIENTS:
Branch Chain Amino Acids (BCAA’s) play a critical role in the recovery and muscle building process. The three amino acids known as BCAA’s are Leucine, Iso-Leucine and Valine.
LEUCINE
Leucine is any athlete’s most important amino acid. You can view it as the switch that turns muscle growth mode on. Leucine stimulates mTor, the signal our body produces to start building proteins and to slow down protein breakdown.
BCAA Sensation contains 5 gram of Leucine per serving which is considered the ideal amount to stimulate mTor.
ISO-LEUCINE & VALINE
The other two BCAA's. Although less important than leucine, do work together to fuel intense workouts, trigger recovery and protect muscle mass.
CITRULLINE MALATE
